Turkey Kale Tahini Bowls
Turkey Kale Tahini Bowls by Rachael’s Good Eats are delicious and a perfect meal for adding January vegetable’s in! This bowl is loaded with “in season” vegetables: kale, shiitake mushrooms, sweet onion and cauliflower! It also has healthy fats and lean protein. I like mixing cauliflower rice and A Dozen Cousins rice (you can use any already cooked rice of your choice, but make sure to read the ingredients on your package) for the base of the bowl.
It’s a quick weekday meal to throw together for late game nights. Meal prep earlier, so when you get home you can pull together in about 15 min!
