This quick nutrient bowl is the perfect weekday meal. I grilled the Force of Nature meats grass-fed jalapeño cheddar (the cheese is also grass-fed)sausage ( you substitute another sausage of choice. I also like Amylu sausage). Sliced and top on quinoa with roasted sweet potatoes, broccoli, shiitake mushrooms, and red onion ( all on one pan seasoned with garlic, smoked paprika, chili powder and salt and pepper and avocado oil) after drizzle Siete Foods jalapeño balance sauce to top it off! Keep it simple, nutritious meals don’t need to be complicated to taste good!!
