Salmon Crunch Bowl
This is a quick, delicious and very colorful meal. My favorite part of a bowl is you can put whatever you want in it! The in season watermelon radishes are my favorite! You can add them to anything to give a nice crunch.
The salmon is tossed in paprika, chili powder, garlic, salt and pepper, oregano and avocado oil. (wild caught salmon or Faroe Island salmon is best) Air fry for 10-12 min. Mix cauliflower rice and A Dozen Cousins bone broth rice ( or rice of choice). Add colorful vegetables of carrots, cucumbers, watermelon radishes, seaweed, black sesame seeds and drizzle with a mouth watering sauce (a mix of avocado mayo (I like Primal Kitchen) and Yellow Bird Sauce sriracha and water to thin) dinner in under 30!
Fun fact: Radishes are a great way to boost your nutrient intake!
