Chicken Fingers

Air fry chicken fingers, fries, broccoli and The Food Babe honey mustard sauce. This is a healthier version of a comfort meal that “feels” like a treat, but is actually quite nourishing! It was a big hit in my family.

I sliced the potatoes thin and seasoned them with salt, pepper and avocado oil at 400 for 45-60 min. Roasted the broccoli with EVOO, garlic powder, paprika,oregano and salt and pepper for 15 min. The chicken tenders: organic chicken breasts sliced and coated in almond flour and spices.
