Grain Free Granola

Ingredients:

  1. 1 c. raw almonds

  2. 1 c. raw cashews

  3. 1/2 c. pumpkin seeds

  4. 1/2 c. sunflower seeds

  5. 1/2 c. unsweetened coconut shreds

  6. 1/4 c. chia seeds

  7. 1/4 c. cacao nibs

  8. 1/4 c. raw unfiltered honey

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350. Mix all ingredients together. Spread evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 20-25 min. Let cool completely. Break in large chunks and store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks in the fridge. Enjoy!

Notes: This snack is full of healthy fats, protein and loaded with great vitamins and minerals. I would pair with a fruit, yogurt, or eat by itself! It is perfect for an afternoon pick me up, without the unnecessary added sugars and carbs that can drain you quickly afterwards. When possible by organic raw nuts. I love GoRaw pumpkin seeds, Bob’s Red Mill unsweetened coconut shreds and Navitas for cacao nibs and chia seeds. When buying honey look for raw unfiltered honey and buy local when possible! Your allergies will thank you.
