Cilantro-Shrimp Bowl

Cilantro-shrimp bowl by Eating Well is too good not to share and kid approved! This meal is protein packed, especially with A Dozen Cousins bone broth rice, black beans, a yummy Greek yogurt sauce and fresh Catch On Seafood shrimp. It also squeezes in a September veggie! Fresh corn! Another plus is it's quick to throw together on those busy weekday nights.
