Nourished Rhythms: Favorite Tuna Bowl

Ingredients

Tuna

  • lb. cubed Ahi tuna (sushi grade)

  • 2 Tb toasted sesame oil

  • 2Tb tamari lite

  • 1/2tsp.fresh graded ginger

  • 1/3 c. fresh sliced green onion

Veggies

  • Julienne carrots

  • diced cucumber

  • sliced avocado

  • watermelon radish

  • diced, sliced seaweed (Gimme brand)

Cauliflower Rice

  • Cauliflower

  • Cilantro

  • Juice from 1/2 lime

  • Drizzle of EVOO

  • Salt & pepper

Sauce

  • 1/2 c. primal kitchen avocado mayo

  • 2-3 Tablespoons Yellowbird sriracha, thin with water as needed to have a runny consistency.

Directions

  1. Build your bowl.

  2. Sprinkle with black sesame seeds,

  3. Drizzle with sauce and squeeze a slice of lime. Enjoy!
