Favorite Tuna Bowls
Ingredients
Tuna
lb. cubed Ahi tuna (sushi grade)
2 Tb toasted sesame oil
2Tb tamari lite
1/2tsp.fresh graded ginger
1/3 c. fresh sliced green onion
Veggies
Julienne carrots
diced cucumber
sliced avocado
watermelon radish
diced, sliced seaweed (Gimme brand)
Cauliflower Rice
Cauliflower
Cilantro
Juice from 1/2 lime
Drizzle of EVOO
Salt & pepper
Sauce
1/2 c. primal kitchen avocado mayo
2-3 Tablespoons Yellowbird sriracha, thin with water as needed to have a runny consistency.
Directions
Build your bowl.
Sprinkle with black sesame seeds,
Drizzle with sauce and squeeze a slice of lime. Enjoy!
