Creamy chicken and wild rice soup is a 10 out of 10!!! This soup by The Real Food Dietitians is a bowl full of healing nourishment! Filled with seasonal veggies like mushrooms, sweet onions, celery, carrots and fresh parsley. I use Kettle and Fire chicken bone broth for extra protein and to make it dairy free I use full fat unsweetened organic coconut milk. (Dairy can always intensify congestion, so it’s best to limit or avoid it during the cold season) and lastly Llundberg Farms wild rice.
